PROPERTY’S / INFORMATION
Terms of service
Version dated 19 September 2026
01Provider and purpose
PROPERTY’S is a French SASU with €6,000 share capital, SIREN 494 155 468, registered at 19 rue de la Procession, 75015 Paris, France. Contact: propertysfr@outlook.com, +33 6 05 50 83 60. This website presents descriptive condition-report services for residential and commercial property. Individual and business enquiries are considered on a case-by-case basis.
02Quotation and commitment
The form is a non-binding enquiry. It does not reserve an appointment or collect payment. An assignment requires a written quotation accepted in writing, setting out the property, scope, parties, timing, report delivery, total price and any costs. Confirmation remains subject to feasibility and verification of the provider’s administrative status.
03Price and payment
Displayed rates are indicative starting prices in euros, including applicable taxes, for the scope described in each service. Travel, additional floor area or specific requirements are priced before agreement. The multi-property rate is per condition report for 5 or more jointly agreed assignments under the stated conditions. Quotations are in euros. Consumers receive the total price including applicable taxes before committing; VAT treatment and travel costs are explained. Payment terms and any deposit require prior agreement. There is no automatic renewal or recurring charge without consent. Legal rules on allocating charges between landlord and tenant remain applicable; the commissioning party cannot freely pass all costs to a tenant.
04Nature and limits
The review covers visible and accessible elements without dismantling or destructive investigation. Statutory diagnostics, structural surveys, valuations, formal bailiff reports, property transactions and tenancy management are outside the services presented. A report does not resolve a dispute or guarantee deposit repayment.
05Cooperation and documents
The client supplies accurate information and arranges appropriate access and permissions. The parties may record observations. Signature, representation and document delivery arrangements are agreed before the visit. Areas that cannot be inspected and other limitations are recorded.
06Liability and complaints
Raise any concern with propertysfr@outlook.com or +33 6 05 50 83 60. Mandatory rights, including consumer protections, are not excluded. French law applies subject to mandatory protections in an EU consumer’s country of residence. No exclusive court is imposed on consumers.
07Consumer mediation
Following an unresolved prior written complaint, consumers may access mediation under the applicable rules. Details of the provider’s contracted mediator have not yet been supplied and must be added before consumer contracts are concluded. No organisation is represented here as appointed.
