01Location and feasibility
Enquiries from France and the European Union are considered. Property location, travel availability, working language and local requirements are assessed before confirmation. Permanent coverage or availability in every country is not represented.
02Appointments
The date and attendees are agreed in writing. Times shown on service cards are estimates, not availability commitments. Visits take place by prior confirmed appointment.
03Preparation
Arrange access to the agreed rooms and equipment, sufficient lighting and the required documents. For a check-out, supply the move-in report and inventory if you have them. Key handling and meter readings follow the accepted scope.
04Report delivery
The format, delivery channel — usually a PDF by email or an agreed sharing space — and deadline are set out in the quotation. Reports are intended for authorised parties. No physical goods are shipped by this website.
05Comments and difficulties
Report factual errors by email with the assignment reference. Statutory rights to add to or dispute a report remain unaffected. If scheduling difficulties arise, we contact you to agree on a solution. Legal rights relating to delay or non-performance remain applicable.
